With over 20 years of experience, Nicole is a self-confessed “stickler for detail.” She specializes in submitting Construction Document permits for approval so that General Contractors can work efficiently. Her experience with various industrial construction methods allows her to identify and correct problems before submission. With the need of the client foremost in her mind, she eliminates wasted time, energy, and resources. For example, she is aware that detail on heat gain is a big energy saver and makes buildings more efficient and sustainable. Nicole understands no two building sites are alike given varying factors such as climate and materials. Experienced in on-site work in retail design and building, she is a perfect bridge between the designer and contractor which, in turn, saves a lot of time and money.

Nicole was a Senior Project Coordinator for Phillips Partnership. She worked on interior and exterior design and builds for high retail flagship GAP Brand stores both domestic and international. Nicole is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. She also completed the prestigious Knight program at Boston Architectural College.
